I am having vodafone prepaid connection since more than 7 years. My vodafone no. is 9825181380. One month ago my out going calls were deactivate by the company without giving me any initmation. than I went to vodafone care at Parlepoint near Gate way 5 star hotel, Surat for the above complaint. That time I was asked to give ID proof and I had submitted the same. Inpite of that today i.e. 15-07 on 5 .P.M. onwards my out going calls restricted and giving me the intimation for re-verification. I immediately contact at Parlepoint near Gate way 5 star hotel, Surat for the harresment. the head of that department told me that I will look after the same.

This is very disgusting from the vodafone company once I had submitted all the requried documents for verifcation than why tje cassetes of dot is running before I call.

I am giving you this notice if my compaint is not solved than I will approach the Consumer court for such harresment.
