I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of BSNL against mobile no-9435625705. I sent messages for Excel power activation on 19/7/10 & 20/07/10.But till today have not got this service. I have contacted with Bsnl customer care several times but they tells me that the service will be activated shortly. Till today I am waiting for that but no results. To day I have also sent a message for excel power i.e. EXCELP 03842259647 9402188460 but I got an error message"your second no is STD Landline this can not be done, Landline must be from same circle" what is this? My second No is mobile no, so why this message.
