Phone shifting request

Hi,

I requested to shift the phone, it is in the same area from one apartment to another apartment, just 100 m distance. Its been 20 days, still no progress, I had to call 1500 multiple times, go to bsnl office and request for it.

No progress at all.

My home number which is to be shifted is 040-27806798,

Can you please help in this regard?
