Deatils not update in my account

dear sir,

I want to know about my dedact balence. but i am calling from customercare but C.C.E asked about not update deatils.

so plz i requested update in my deatils in account.

and my mobile num... 9305002671... so date in dedact bal 18sept, 19sept 23sept and 28sept...

C.C.E asked about no update deatils in my account. why r u not update deatils in my accounts so plz tel me now ans i'm waiting for your answer...
