HOME NET CONNECTION
Net not working properly

My no is 8900744611, stile i was complain to customer care before 45 day, i my problem is not solve, my problem is every month i recharged net pack 98 RS., but after recharge the net connection not work properly, when i connect it, then I get the response "sever not found " & some times it connected but few times latter it is disconnected automatically, and also when it connected the pages open slowly.

I hope that u give me a quick response & also solve my prob. as early as possible.
