Unwanted delay in migration services

On 20th September I applied for migration from post-paid to pre-paid and the Executives of Vodafone promised for such a switch within 48 hours. Surprisingly, without activating the pre-paid service my in-coming calls were barred thus causing inconvenience to every the callers and the receiver. Till today, despite the visits to the local Vodafone Store in Panjim and talks with the Customer Care Executives of Vodafone nothing is happening. Nobody seems to care for the customers. Very Very poor service... Vodafone is taking the customers for granted...
