Rent for instalation of Tower

Dear Sir,

I am landlord of Hotel Heruka Building at Gangtok, where airtel has installed a tower and I have not recieved any rent for the last one year and several complaints have been made but every time only assurances are given but no solution. I want to contact a responsible person to whom I can put up my grievances before any other action is taken. Can any one help me? All correspondences with the officials of the company are in my email account. I know, a big company like Bharitel Airtel would not be so mean not to pay small rent. It could be the carelessness of the concerened official.
