Misleading Information, Unsincere Customer Care

I Bought Nokia x3 with Complete Accidental Warrenty from Hotspot Vihar Vihar Branch. After 4 Months it got Damaged. I submitted back to Hotspot Branch Vivek Vihar. Now its been more than 45 Days, They dont have any idea when they will going to return back. After Calling Many time they didnt pick my phone. When I visited hotspot every time they ask to call customer care.

They gave one Sr. Head no. Named Sumit but he never pick phone also 9650396795.
