Suspension of Services

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using the Vodafone MB No 9999060582 for last two years. I had applied for a 2nd No of Vodafone No 9999948352 on 10 Mar 10. The agent of vodafone visited my house for taking all documentary proof and cash. After doing all the formalities, the number was activated. However, almost on three/four occasions, my new number had been suspended giving the reasons of residence proof.

I would like to bring it to your notice that I am the wife of a Commander who is serving the Indian Navy. When, your team needed to extend the connection, they had been calling every minute. However, once the number was alloted, your team including on toll free numbers 111 and 198 are avoiding and not giving any satisfactory answer.

This is to bring to your notice that I was staying at HNo 1272 Sec RK Puram New Delhi earlier. However, I have now shifted to HNo 98, Defence Officers Enclave, Dhaula Kuan Part I, New Delhi - 110010. This address is also confirmed during verification calls from Vodafone. Even after so much of exercise, my mobile is kept under suspension.

Kindly take the matter seriously, else I shall be forced to go to the consumer court.
