Bad customer care

I have been using tataphoton plus since a month and half ago. While i got this product i was told the speed will be unmatched and will be 3 mbps and while i am using the speed hardly exceeds 0.80mbper second and despite repeated complaints no solution is provided by the customer care even i felt harassed by customer care because they ask lengthy questions and even on trying to call nodal officer the nodal officer does not answer the calls.

this is really frustrating and i advice potential customers to be aware of this company.
