Mobile connection closed after asking them to convert from Post-paid to Pre-paid

Dear sir,

I had given requestservive provider for converting my Post-paid Reliance Mobile connection (No. - 9318398009) to Pre-paid connection. They asked me to clear my outstandint bill and give application for convertion to Pre-paid. I did the same as per advice given to me. But, to mt surprise, they permanently closed the connection. On making several complaints at various level, I was told that now it is not possible to continue the same Mobile no. and I should go for new connection.

You know how difficult it is to change the number, as all my contacts have my old number and I am totally contactless.

Please resolve my issue and help me to restart my old Mobile number with prepaid mode of payment.
