ACTIVATING ADDED SERVICES WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION

My mobile number is 9355662981, reliance mobile has activated CRVT SERVICE @Rs 2 for 2 days and Play @ 10 Rs for 10 days, i got messages about it, these services has been activated withour my confirmation, i contacted customer care on *333, the are not ready to accept my complain and to give any proof of my requests for these services.

The message i got, have a number to unsubscribe the service by reverse sms, but it is not accepting and message fails to be sent. when i am contacting customer care 0n *333 it is not connecting for last 7 days. what should i do i am so harashed by reliance mobile service. Iwant to take them to court on this issue, kindly advice.
