About mah lost sim n starting of new sim

My videocon sim is not started whil i replaced it new sim before 4 days so I call the videocon customer care and register a complain (complain no : 13264067), and many more time a call customer care but i don't get any co-operate from videocon. so Please help me. mah ref no is 9821448883 plz help
