Network issues

I am havin Network issues since a month with the number 9766713169.I am gettin Xero network in my house. I have called the customer care alot of times but they are just giving me deadlines of further 15 days. I have waited for more than 20 days after i have filed a complaint but they are givin no response. I am havin problem as the network is zero and i can't receive any calls. After being so harrased by them they gave me a mobile number so some head of maharashtra for airtel who never picks up his phone.
