Hi this is Rahul Kumar Sinha from patna, i came to karnataka for some personal work with my airtel mobile and was working fine in roaming, but when i called the customer care people in karnataka they told that your number is not an Airtel number and she actively refused to help me.

I mean how this is possible that the customer care people dont know whether the number belong to their operator or not. Definetly very strange kind of experience i ever had.
