Echarge not done yet but money deducted all the times

For last 1 week, I have tried recharging for my idea mobile atleast 3-4 times..still money is not added to my account. am not sure about transaction code.

but my mobile no. is 8722571683.

everytime money got detected from my CC.

extremely unhappy with the service.plz check.
