No Delivery and using abusive language using when contacted

Http://indiaflowerplaza.com is a fraud company. Non professionals are running the company and they take money showing nice pictures of the orders but do not deliver them and when I called them back a lady on the other end of the phone used abusive language for me. Forget about the order and my money.

What do I do now? I want my money back from them also I want some compensation from them???
