AIRTEL SIM- REGISTRATION FAILED

Dear Sir/Madam,

i hv purchased Airtel Sim card GPRS (mobile office) 199 rental plan on dated 05-05 thru "HYBRID FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD." for inr 300/- and was confirm by them that it will get acitivated within 24 working hrs but till date its not working, showing an error " sim registration failed" i called them but no respose even i called to airtel customer service as well as send mail but no result. so you r requested to advise what to do and how to resolve this issue.

pls note airtel sim card no - 8991920000192509361 also find below mail which i was submitted to "airtel customer service"

Dear Customer service,

I have received call on the behalf of Airtel from ¿Hybrid financial service for

postpaid card connection and he explained me various plan and tariff. I have

selected GPRS plan in which there is 199 INR monthly rent for unlimited

downloading and surfing thru mobile also can connect to laptop/pc (no outgoing

and only incoming call).

Next day on 13-5 their executive visited to my office and I paid inr 300 /

- and purchased the card once again he explained me entire plan and said the

purchased card will get activated with in 24 hrs after that again I have

received call from ¿hybrid financial¿ and allotted the me following number

9987718713.

But problem is this till date my sim card not activated I call to them but no

even I call to airtel customer service but no use they just giving and telling

me to call broadband service or mobile service some time to postpaid service.

Now please advise what to do and how to do for sim card registration or should

I forgot my inr 300/-. This is really a very worst service I hv seen so far.
