Respected Sir / Madam,

Iam R.Srinivasan 25 yrs male from Chennai North Madipakkam herewith submitting my Complaint

My Mobile Number - 99520 43593 My Service Provider is AIRTEL

I've Recharged for Rs.155/- on 12th August evening 17:45 hrs., From the Date to till, my Main Balance Acmount is Vanishing by Airtel Customer Care peoples. They replied me that Iam Using Mobile Office in my HTC P3400i Mobile and for that they've Voluntarily Dedected nearly Rs.55/- from me

But I've never used Mobile Office in my HTC P3400i Handset. This is an Injustice thing done to me by Airtel

I'll not Leave this. I'll take this issue to Consumer Court
