Non-connecivity of NET

Sir,

I am an airtelindia customer and my mob no. is 9915026214.

Rs 98/- was deducted from my account on 03 Aug 10 for NET activation. But till date i.e.14 Aug 10 I am not able to access NET even I am not through to Customer care also. Several complains lodged with airtel customer care through other airtel mobile and "e" mail. Though all the time a deadline ahs been fixed for 24 Hrs but no action has been initiated. The latest among the complain No. is 0812110727.
