0120-6490688 not approachable from Rourkela & Bhubaneshwar using airtel no 9910378046

I have Tata Walky no 0120-6490688 installed at my residence 1404, Dhaulagiri Tower, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, India. I also have a Airtel mobile connection no. as 9910378046.

In the month of 27-30June’10, I was at Rourkela and further I was at Bhubaneshwar from 27-30 july’2010.

While dialing TataWalky no. from my Mobile from Rourkela, the message used to be “Please check the no. you have dialed” and I was unable to call residence from Airtel mobile whereas my wife was able to contact me.

Last month, I was at Bhubaneshwar from 27-30 July’2010. The same problem occurred again and I was not able to contact residence using my above said Airtel mobile. The message was same this time also i.e. “Please check the no. you have dialed”.However, my wife was able to contact me.

These cellular operators simply make a fool of their customers when any technical problem come. Hope this problem may get solved.
