Money getting deducted without any intemation

My cell no is 919312817611.

Its a reliance Prepaid CDMA service.

For the last 2-3 months on my cell phone caller tunes get activated without any intimation and balance is getting deducted when I talk to the customer care they say that nothing can be done and refuse to payback the money. Every time I unsubscribe the service after a day or 2 it is again activated without any intimation and the balance is deducted. last month this cost me around 100Rs and has started happening the same this month too.
