I had been regulary sending the emails from customer care to Apellate officer regarding call drop on my landline Airtel no. 0172-4653069 since last few months & everytime I use to receive an acknowledgement mail from 123@airtel.com that my complaint will be sorted out in next 24hrs but all in vain. It appears that it is a routine affair for the company.
