Sir,
As you are aware I am handling this connection since the last 3 years. And I was happy with your customer services. But on the 24th of October I had requested for an original hard copy of September month bill. My wide complaint number is F575203531. But till now I didn’t received the statement. I have to submit my bill before the 29th of this month in my office. If the bill is not able to submit on time I will be forced to discontinue with this connection. So kindly help me to submit the bill as early as possible.
