I have recieved threatening calls from a your legal team for the simple reason someone else had given my no. as a referral for a bank loan.

I am being haressed for no. fault of mine and have also ben told that " i will keep calling you til the time you dont give me details" and "if you dont give me details, mein tumhara saara details nikal lunga"

As far as my consumer rights are there, if someone gives my name and contact details in a referral check, i am supposed to be called and asked if i know him. And i am also not responsible for any fraud if he has done.

Is this how the bank works...
