Dear sir,

It is brought to your kind notice that for the last so many months i am not getting the monthly bill of my land line telephone no 0581-2510503, station BAREILLY and every time i had to go to bsnl office to get the duplicate bill. It is requsted that kindly ensure to deliver the bill every month at least 04 days before the due date for my payment.
