I had purchase sim card in lucknow and use in saharanpur both the city come under U.P. Still rooming is activating, although my sim was working good and I enjoy local facility but during 4-5 day rooming was activate. My all the tariff facility was block, and deduct full charge. Complain number of aircel 1-2464564397
