BSNL/ Pre paid sim
Sim not working since 26/10/09

Dear sirs, Madame,

My pre paid SIM having mobile no. 9430452467 was issued from BSNL at Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur, Bihar in 2008. It is dead since 26/10/09. Presently I am posted at NTPC Barh site, Bihar.

Regarding this issue I contacted following nos. at BSNL patna. The description of nos. are given bellow.

0612-2225677 (DGM Operation),

09431000061,

09431002500,

09431000107,

09431200252.

My balance amount of Rs 24 and validity upto March/April - 2010 was confirmed by them. Still this SIM is dead. Please advice suitably for immediate redressal of this problem. Daily I am loosing valuable contacts on this no.
