Misbehaviou

Dear Sir,

I am airtel user. On 10th of October Rs. 10 were deducted from my mobile phone in the name of ringtone pack without any order.

Till date I complained for the same for several times (they accepted that the same have been deduced). Some time they say that it will take 72 hours, some time they say it will take 48 hours. Sometimes abhi system kam nahin kar raha.

Today itself also I complained and they resolved the problem and refunded me back the deducted money.

During this period (on 6th November around 1 o' clock), when I complained Mr. Deepak refuted and talked to me very rudely and said "Maine Kaha nihin kate to nahin kate". The same may be checked with your recording. His behaviour was very rude at that time.

It is requsted that action may be taken against him.
