Y mistake i used my sim card for netsetter instead of the new sim card provided to me i used for 3 hours and idea is charging me 4000 rupee when wrote an email a person calling me does not understand the customer query and has we cannot help you its according to the rules what kind of a rule is this you people do not uderstand customer situation
