Idea Prepaid Recharge balance not received

I have recharged my mobile No. 9904484155 for Rs. 75/- (Seventy Five) & got message that recharge successfully completed but actually when I checked my balance it is not showing 75/- Rs. recharge, Idea e-recharge done by one shop keeper & in his mobile also 75/- rs deducted. SR No. 1-15808776991. Please resolve my complaint & give me Rs, 75/- recharge as soon as possible

I called up 198 for complaint >6 times, the cse was so harsh and rude, very imcompetant after taking all my details, he asked me to call 12345….

I did called 12345 they asked me to call 198. no one is really willing to help or to check if there was any system error.

I am feed up with Idea…………

Please do help me in this regards...
