CHARGES DEDUCTED WITHOUT NOTICE

This is a notice about there are charges deducted without noticing to customers from their prepaid account balance. There is no notice / message about the amounts billed to customer on what services whenever they are deducting the amounts from our account. So, without any make notice to customer they are deducting the charges even there is no services/facilities are used. This process has to be changed, they should have sent notice to customer before deducting the amounts on everytime. So, that the customers can aware on that, if they are not using the facilities, they apply to refune, . If customer is not aware/knowledged person, they will simply loss their amounts, and companies make good profits.
