IDEA & BSNL
Mobile number portablity is not activated

Sir/madam,

I manjunatha i requested for mobile number portability on 29/06 from IDEA to BSNL.mobile no:9844938255. I given the application at BSNL office with UNIQ UPC code IX413197. I got the new Sim card from BSNL and they told me that BSNL service will active within 7 working days. But still now IDEA service is active I called many times to BSNL customer care they are not responding properly and always they will say "I will connect my senior" and put on hold. if i hold for 30 minutes also. no one will be answer . if i called to IDEA customer care, they will say "we don't have any issues from our side. Both are troubling me a lot. Kindly help me whom can contact to find quick solution.
