Cant Recharge and receive calls from Idea

Hi,

My number ported to idea [9945577110] became active on 29th. Since then i have not been able to recharge my number because of which i am not able to make calls. It says number does not exist.

ANother peculiar problem is that I am receiving calls from all networks except from Idea numbers.

I have contacted the Customer care dozen times, but nobody knows what the problem is. One says there is no issue and should be sorted by a day. Others say your documentation has issues bcoz of which it is not showing your details on the system or i am told the SIM itself does not belong to Karnataka.

I visited the nearby Idea outlet and enquired about my documentation. He checked the systems and told me that documentation is fine as all my details are available on their systems.

Nobody knows what the problem is and not sure who will sort out my problem!!! Recommend people not to take up IDEA coz even before i got into their n/w i am facing so many issues.
