Poor service of restarting the barred connection

Airtel services for restarting the barred phone call is pathetic .every time to 100, s of different executives u have to give details of your problem . they put customer on hold and then disconnects them. they dont solve the problem . they say its a technical fault . for past 36 hours my outgoing call has not been restored. they seem to be doing nothing about it.i dont know what to do about them.
