Unrequested service activated & receiving unnecessary phone call and messages (advertisements)

Dear Sir,

I am a Idea cell phone user my number is (919012356051). This is on my sister ID. Last two years from now I am receiving unnecessary phone call and messages (advertisements). I am totally disturbed from this type of calls and messages. Please stop this kind of calls and messages.

Today 11/04 I got message that my cell number is activated for the RBT service, without any request from my side & cut 15rupees from my account. I want to close this service & 15 rupees back in my account. I also face this type of problem before it. In July JOKE service is activated in my number without any request. It is stopped after 6 time complain after 3 to 4 month.
