Cheating the recharge money

In last two months we have recharged phone (9718185819) a number of times. the money used to disappear even with little use of the phone. Finally we were told be customer care that Rs 30/ per day is being charged for chit chat service which we never had applied for. On requesting to discontinue the service, the phone was always disconnected by customer care.

Idea customer care is the worst. Instead of helping customer they indulge in misguiding and cheating the customer. Ultimately we have decided not to use Idea mobile any longer. However Would request TRAI to look into the Idea's operations and make them pay compensation for their misconduct and cheating.
