Number Barred Without ANy intimation & No positive Response

Hi,
I Recently bought a new idea connection, submitted all required document to the executive (as per instruction from him). Executive assured me that I have submitted all the required docs and I won be facing any issues when I got a message within a week of getting the connection. Now after a month later, my connection has been blocked without any intimation and all my efforts to get a speedy resolution has gone in vein.
Eventually I re-submitted docs again, but I dont know the status. All i get from customer care executive team is one standard wordings of "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, AND REQUEST 48-72 HOURS TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER". Though i didnt understand how wanted me to stay wid my friends & family connected during that time, i waited for two days and the end result is same. The executive talk as if i have done some mistake and they dont even have the courtesy of listening to the customer properly forget about providing a solution to the query.
Since now MNP is launched, its high time tht v teach such companies some good lesson or two. I'm planning to raise this matter with Telecom regulatory board of India and consumer court as well. Request all individuals who suffered like me to raise from their end.
