Postpaid to prepaid

We have made a complaint on 7.4.2011 and met M/s Neelkanth Enterprises. They told us that the company has stopped converting post paid in to pre paid. After this we Mr. Mittin Kakkad who looks after the post paid to pre paid. He told us to wait for a call form Idea. We waited. But up till now we have not received a call froim the company nor any respons. We contacted Customer care for co nfirming about our request. They informed that no request has been forwarded by M/s Neelkanth Enterprises or Mr. Kakkar. Please let us know what to do to convert my mobiles No.09812111001 and 09728301010 from post paid to prepaid. If you also cannot do any thing then we are compelled to stop their use and change to other Net work. We are waiting for your good response.
