IDEA is cheating under pramotion call

They are just activating the subscription after the call from Idea. I was loosing 5 rupees per day unnecessarily. I have called on 198 to stop and refund but they advised to send unsubscribe SMS when I have send SMS no effect. Then I activated DND for all. On my 4-5 call to IDEA 198 they stop to deduct. They refund me the money but again i am facing the same problem with my wife cell.
I think they have developed auto generated system to start subscription on just received of IDEA promotion call. Don’t receive 9111……
