Idea prepaid services charges deduction

Hi,

I am using idea number 9756631812 and facing serious problem that the company activate different services theirself and deduct charges from my balance.i have talked to customer care many times and get no solution.

I am planning to close all my and my family members numbers from idea cellular services.
