PREPAID TO POSTPAID CONVERSTION

Have a Idea Prepaid connection. 1MONTH BACK Idea Executive called me asked me for convert to Postpaid. Then I said ok. their Executive approached me and collected documents and money (300/-) and executive given one SIM to me. Now they are not responding with call or message. It is nearly 2 MONTHS over after they receive my money and documents. SIM which they have given to me is not activated.

What i have to do with that SIM and What about my money? How i have to get back that money?
