Uneducated and Abusive Collection team

IDEA cellular, mobile phone department do not no how to handel there customer after he is using there service since on a single dely in paymnet they call 10 times a day and ask question if you can capable of paying IDEA bill, a customer is also working and many time he cannot answers calls..when picking up the next call the collection guys from IDEA become abusive saying"Phone kun nahi utha raha, paisa jama nahi kar sakta hai". These kind of people handling brand is hopeless and i want serious action on it.
