Idea Post paid Connection

ITBL Telecom Pvt. Ltd, ITBL House, B-70, Naraina Phase II, New Delhi is a FRAUD

I purchased idea postpaid no. 9911196771 and here is a complaint in this regards.

I got a call from ITBL Telecom Pvt. Ltd, ITBL House, B-70, Naraina Phase II, New Delhi and they offered me a number similar to my existing number and thats how I chose to take an additional number.

I took number on 26th Nov. and paid 500 rs. in cash to ITBL executive vide receipt no. 33222. But 5 days on and my number is not getting activated. I have tried reaching IDEA as well as ITBL helpline but no response. I think I have been cheated of my 500 rs.

IS ITBL A FRAUD company??? Or what else. They are making fool to customers by giving them such information, only for their business

Now please suggest me what should I do.
