Less talktime delivered to me

I am prepaid customer of Idea (NEW MY GANG) from Goa. My mobile number is 9657222212. I have recharged my number on 30th November with recharge of Rs345 (Full talktime voucher). But i have received talktime of just Rs311. I've called Idea customer care executive around 5-6 times, but everytime i've received reply saying remaining balance will get credited after 48 hours. But till date i have not received my remaining balance back. Then one of customer care executive told me that this offer is not applicable to MY NEW GANG customer. But neither www.ideacellular.net site nor customer care through SMS option is showing that this offer is not applicable to NEW MY GANG.
