Providing wrong info on recharge and then refusing to change back the plan to the previous one

I have been using Idea for 4 years now. My number is 919763960046. On 3rd Jan 12.50pm, one day before the expiry of the validity on my number, I had called up idea (4444) to enquire about the various plans for validity extensions. Here a female gave me the info that if I recharge for Rs. 64 I would be getting 1 year validity and 1paise per second calling rate. But at the same time it would not affect my other promo offer which is Rs. 40 per month and 10paisa per message.
On confirming at least 5 times the female confidently told me to get that recharge done. Just as I got the recharge done my messaging started to cost me Re.1.I gave a complaint right after the recharge at 1.10 pm where one Mr. Santosh Kamble refused to accept my complain and hung up the phone on me.
As I wasn’t in town for the next few days, I could not follow up with the complain. On my return I called up on the customer service again on 9th Jan at 2.40pm, where Mrs. Sonal gave me a complain ID 1-477956891 and assured that my problem would be solved in 24 hrs.
Nothing of that sort happened and so I called up again on 10th Jan at 10.24pm where I Talked to Rajendra who gave me another complain no. 1-485998012, and assured that I would be getting a call from their side within 11 hours and the problem would be resolved. Again nothing happened and I did not get any reverts.
I called up again on 11th Jan at 6.51pm where I had a word with Mr. Chopde who answered rudely and could help me and then again I called up at 9.13pm where I talked with Yogesh Bhusal who could not help me either, as well as Blatantly answered that I should call after 2 hours when I asked to speak to a senior.
My problem still hasn’t been solved, and on that the people at Idea customer care are very rude and do not respect the time of their customers.
All this happened because I was given wrong information in the first place and now Idea cellular is refusing to solve the same problem they have caused. I want my Previous plan (messaging Promo) back and as soon as possible.
