Prepaid call rate

Hello,

I am customer of Idea cellular company since last 6 to 7 years. My prepaid cell number is 9822424010.

On 4th Feb I call on one number 9422461400 at 7.46PM. The call duration is 2 Min 31 sec.

For this call your company charged Rs.27. With this I am surprised so called customer care on same day but they are helpless to give me information. So again I called customer care on 5th Feb and I am shocked with information which is given by customer care. She is telling that your call was international call. How is it possible if I am dialing from my contact list?

Is this a way that idea want to earn money from customers?

Please suggest how handle this topic.
