Incorrect deduction of prepaid balance

I m using idea services and my prepaid mobile number is 9891697015. I had activated gprs net 20 plan on 10 jan. I have asked for deactivation of gprs on 27 jan. I received the confirmation on 28 jan (SR No.1-588156174). But my balance amount keep on deducting by 20 Rs. daily uptil 9 feb. I was calling customer care almost daily for refund but not getting any clear response. Today i got the refund of only Rs.60 whereas it should be Rs. 240. So i would like to get Rs.180 more but they are refusing.
