Postpaid to prepaid migratin

Respected sir/madam

my mobile no. 9921797733 is not been migrated since two months i have regularly visiting idea care foe migration from postpaid to prepais and whenever i call customer care they are not giving me any satisfactory response as well as i have not at all recived the bill from the date of activation at my address.

have given too much complaints but then also not get the bill on time..
