Mobile not recharge

Sir i am recharge my mobile from idea cellular website for Rs. 222.00/-. then i have receive message the message is your transaction has complete but due to technical problem the mobile are not recharge and your money will be refund under 8 working days. but after 10 days i have not receive my money.afterthan i go to the idea office and he was ask pls wait some days but 1 month has gone but i have not recevied my money. so i am request you pls take some action for this complain.and also give some action for this company.
